Black Khajur Chikki is a traditional Indian sweet made with black dates (khajur) and without the addition of honey. It is a healthier version of the popular Khajur Chikki, which is usually made with lighter-colored dates and often contains honey  for sweetness.

To make Black Khajur Chikki, chopped black dates are heated in a pan until they become soft and mushy. Then, a mixture of chopped nuts, such as almonds, cashews, and peanuts, and seeds, such as sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds, are added to the pan and mixed well. This mixture is then poured onto a greased tray and flattened using a rolling pin. Once the mixture cools and hardens, it is cut into small square or diamond-shaped pieces.

Black Khajur Chikki is known for its rich and nutty flavor, and the black dates provide a natural sweetness, making it a healthier alternative to regular candy. Black dates are also known to have a higher nutritional value than lighter-colored dates, as they are rich in fiber, vitamins, and minerals.
